Year 10 Commerce students put up posters, made advertising videos, calculated break even points, and cooked up hundreds of dollars of profits at Trade Fair. Primary aged students proved to be a successful market, with almost all groups selling out. Baked biscuits sold out within ten minutes. Other student ventures kept going late into lunch - with a couple of groups selling enough delicious products to make over $300 of profit.
